Jason Watkins is the owner and lead inspector of Rise Up Inspections, serving Columbus and surrounding Central Ohio communities. With extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and renovation, Jason brings a practical, real-world perspective to every home inspection.

Over the course of his career, Jason has been directly involved in the renovation of more than 150 homes, giving him a deep understanding of how houses are built, how systems function together, and how properties perform over time.

This experience allows him to look beyond surface-level concerns and evaluate the structure, systems, and overall condition of a home with insight that goes far beyond a standard checklist.

For Jason, inspections are about more than identifying defects — they are about helping people clearly understand the property they are considering.
